What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight using the flight number provided. In case of a delay, no extra charges apply and your driver will wait for you.
Where will the driver meet me?
Your driver will meet you at the designated meeting point specified during the reservation process. At airports, this is usually at the terminal exit, and at hotels, in the lobby area. The driver will be holding a sign with your name on it.
Which destinations do you provide transfer services to?
